Peter Hands comb and Darcy Short formed a quick partnership, but due to some hesitation and misunderstanding between them in the 8th over, Hands comb got run-out and went for 13 off 12 Balls.

Matt Short and Henry Hunt start the Runs chase for the Strikers.
Henry Hunt starts off the innings in a hurry. He picks the Hurricane fast bowler Rogers and hits him consecutive Boundaries into the Off-Side. “Hunt gets three Boundaries in Rogers First Over.”

After some power Strokes, Matt Short looks confident and gets going well. “His nows stands and delivers! Meredith bowled his 1st over and got smacked by Short for consecutive Boundaries and a pull-shot into the Stands for six.”
Lamichhane Finally gets the first Wicket of the Strikers Side. “He bowls a short ball, Hunk goes flat and gets caught in the deep by Darcy Short.”
Sixes Starts to Rain in the Stands
Matt Short continues to hit and score runs for his team. ” The Left-arm spinner, Darcy short comes to bowls, Matt Sits on his knees and goes hard to slog Darcy into the top tier of the Stadium ” What a Hit it was, came straight out the middle of the Bat.”
In the 11th over, Matt pulls Oven into the Square and gets his Well Deserved Half Century. “He gets his fifty in 36 Balls” “23 more needed off 50 Balls.”

The 33rd Match of the Big Bash Premier happened between the Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades.
Melbourne Stars Captain Glenn Maxwell won the toss and chose to bat first.
Melbourne stars made several changes after back-to-back losses. The Two new openers, Avendano and Dean, walk down the crease to put on a successful target.
The First over starts with the Renegades left Arm Bowler, Topley. He bowls a decent first ball, the opener Dean pushes the ball into the third man and gets off strike.
The First Boundary came in the 3 balls. Avendadand cuts Topley into the covers for a valuable boundary. “Starts 5/1 in 1 over.”
The Renegades Captain Aaron Finch planned a strategy and brought Madison’s left-arm in the Second over. In his first fall, Avendadand chips the ball into the hand of the Bowler “Maddison gets one in his first ball.”
Dean and Wakim scored a partnership with a couple of boundaries and took their team – 84 runs in 8 overs.

The Melbourne Stars lost an opportunity of dismissing Finch in the 8th over. “Finch goes for a maximum against Qais Ahmed and gets dropped in the Mid-Wicket in 32.

In the 13th over, the fast bowler Rauf comes quick and knocks the Stumps of Mohammad Nabi. “Crowd and Commentators go crazy, and Stars starts to celebrate with the must-needed Breakthrough.”
The Left-Hander, Harvey, dominates the last overs with his bat. He pulled off back-to-back boundaries and sixes and upset the Stars. “Need 2 of 12 Balls”
In the 17 Overs, Harvey finished the game with a smashing cover drive into the Boundary and got a crucial win for his side.
