Each year, nail-biting matches in the Ipl sport made it bigger and bigger every coming year. Each coming year Ipl got more success than the previous year. So after the IPl success, many Domestic Leagues Started, Like the PCL (Pakistan Premier League) and LPL (Lankan Premier League). They all were influenced by the India Premier League to set up their domestic league campaign in their county.
The Lankan Premier is set to start from 5 To December 23, 2021. Srilanka is ready to host their domestic league LPL. As per the rules, five teams would compete to grab the First LPL trophy.

Kandy Warrior’s Vs. Jaffna Kings Match
The Seventh Match of the LPl (Lankan premier League) is about to occur at the Srilankan Premadasa Stadium on Wednesday, December 8.
Kandy Warrior’s looks in no form as they have lost both of the starting matches in this LPL Season. The Match they played was against Dambulla Giants, which they lost. They again managed to get enough motivation and were looking for a win in their second Match against Galle Gladiators.
The Match went like Kandy Warrior’s batting first and putting a total of 143/6 runs of their 20 overs. Two players who majorly contributed to the total – Ahmed Shehzad 56 Runs and Kamindu Mendis with (32)
The Warriors fought hard to stop the Gladiators below the total! Hence failed to do so. The Galle Gladiators held their nerves and sucked in the Pressure, making the run chasing easy and beating the Kandy Warriors. They chased the total with four deliveries remaining to play.
Heartbreaking loss for Kandy Warrior’s and their fans. They are still at the bottom of the table. Hence their next Match is against the Jaffna Kings.
The Jaffna Kings lost their open Match against Galle Gladiators, but they beat Dambulla Giants in their last Match. Played comfortably with eight wickets in hand.
Jaffna Kings started the Match by bowling first and gaining control over the Game. They bundled the Dambulla Giants in 110 Runs. Key Spin Bowlers like Wanindu Hasaranga, Mahesh Theekshana looked amazing in the Match. Both the Spinners picked three wickets each and contributed to their side. Also, the pacers did a good job by maintaining the Pressure and picking up key wickets.
